Food Story
Kimchi needs no further introduction in Korean cuisines. The pickled cabbage is a staple food that can be eaten with almost every dish as a side dish or even cooked together in stews and soups. One dish that often appears in Korean households would be stir-fried kimchi with pork, and we have taken this dish but substituted the pork with meatballs instead to serve it more as a banchan than a main dish. The kimchi is diced to perfection and stir fried with gochujang before blending together with baked meatballs. The portion is just right as a snack but also perfect as part of a meal.
