Shipping Policy

Delivery fee of HKD $80 will apply for orders under HKD $300, otherwise delivery fee is included.

All goods will be shipped within 3-4 working days upon payment confirmation. The estimated delivery date of the products will be stated in your order confirmation email. 

Slight delay may occur due to events that are beyond the Company's reasonable control such as Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Red Rainstorm warning or above, or due to delivery schedule of the courier company we employ. Under such circumstances, we will try and arrange for your products to be delivered as soon as possible, but we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of such delay.

Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the products and your delivery address. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. The product(s) will be delivered to you directly so your order may arrive in multiple deliveries and at different times.

The Company will require the signature or acknowledgement of the order upon arrival. In the unlikely event that the customer is unable to acknowledge or confirm the order upon arrival, delivery will be re-arranged and there will be additional delivery charges applicable.

The Company ships merchandise to locations within Hong Kong only.

An additional 'Remote Location Service Charge' of HK$20 is applicable for all locations within Hong Kong listed below:

Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island and Peng Chau, Lantau Island South (including but not limited to Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo and Pui O etc.) 

 

The company reserves all rights to terminate or change the above allocated areas at any time without notice.  In the event of disputes, the Company’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
