Food Story
A staple of Japanese cuisine would be raw fish known as sashimi, which applies to most of the seafood products. The reason why this is mentioned here is that salmon is one of the rare seafood that is not popular as a sashimi dish, instead it often finds its way as a grilled dish or cooked in a stew, which is our version here. The flavours of salmon blend in harmony with the mixed vegetables and the roux that we make from scratch.
