This Iberian Cebo Salchichón comes from selected meats from the best Iberian pigs of Guijuelo, used to produce Iberico Cebo ham as well. The production method follows a traditional recipe, where lean Iberian pork is mixed with garlic, natural spices and pepper. The mixture is then stuffed into a natural casing and cured for a minimum of 4 months. As always, the brand employs artisanal processes and takes care of every detail to guarantee the optimal quality of the Iberian sausage.
