Grilled Iberico Pork Rack doesn't really need much introduction, where one of the most succulent and flavourful cuts of the Iberico Pork is grilled to perfection with the use of just Japanese dashi and egg yolk to bring out the best attributes of the meat and make it perfectly enjoyable on its own. The introduction of our signature fermented bean curd mayo on the dish gives it a much different flavour profile, where the complex and savoury flavours of the condiment combine with the cut really well and elevates the overall enjoyment level.
Ingredients
Iberico Pork Rack, Dashi, Enoki Mushroom, Sugar, Mayonnaise, Bean Curd, Red Wine Vinegar, Chili Powder, Paprika
Reheating Instructions
Remove outer bag after thawing, and keep inner packet intact. Simmer packet in boiling water for 10-17 minutes, pour out content and enjoy.
Remove content from all packets after thawing, cook in a preheated oven (180°C) for 15-20 minutes and enjoy (No reheating needed for condiment pack).
Storage
Keep frozen at -18°C.
