Iberico Cebo Ham (Sliced & Packed) ^Sale

A first-class ham at an ideal price. The ham in this product are Iberian pigs that are grain-fed (hence the word 'Cebo') and have a maturity of no less than 24 months with a stylized shape. It has a soft and juicy flavour as well as a fibrous slice with delicate marbling, distinctive of its quality. Like all Iberico ham products, the ham is salted, air-dried naturally then rested in cellars, where it acquires the characteristic aromas and nuances of good Iberian ham.
